What a week!

Wow what a week! It has felt long and short at the same time. How is that possible! Any way this week has been really fun. Exchanges went great! I was worrying over nothing. Last Monday we were trying where Bailey lived because we lost the address and could only remember the street. We drove down the street and we had an impression to stop at one house, but we continued on to make sure it wasn't any other houses. After stopping and praying I told Sister Robinson "let's drive the street one more time." So off we went, as soon as we started we stopped at that house we had the impression to stop at. It wasn't Bailey's house but we met someone who was really interested in what we had to say. Ricky is a person we are teaching who can't seem to put the Book of Mormon after maybe a month from getting the Book of Mormon he has read all the way to Mosiah Chapter 3! He is praying about a baptism date. We had a lesson with Jen on Thursday. It went really well and I feel really good about her. She was going to make us dinner but we showed up half and hour early (awkward) so we ended up having cookies for dinner. On Friday we cleaned out a member's house because she was moving and we spent a lot of time serving her, we got lunch for it afterwards, so that was good. We had a dinner appointment with some branch members, so when we texted in the morning she said that we had to pick up pizza at 6:30pm and didn't say anything else but that. So we both assumed they didn't want us over and just bought us pizza and we kind of texted back something along the lines of "thanks for the pizza have a good night." Which we thought it was clear that we weren't going to their house. Any way after that confusing conversation, we picked up the pizza parked some where and had a couple slices then she texted " where are you guys? Are you running late?" It was so embarrassing to bring in pizza that was eaten from and cold. On Saturday we did this big service project in Memphis. We were packing meals for Seniors. It was so fun and a lot of people were there. There was this one family that was having a family reunion and they all decided to do the service project, that sounds like it would be fun. There was A LOT of missionaries from the mission there. The DJ even mentioned the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, It was cool to see how people notice what we do, and how we serve others. I had to give a talk this Sunday and according to Brother Barnett ( a member of the branch presidency) that was the first of many, and I believe it. My second Sunday I was ask two different times to give a talk two different Sundays. When I came back the next Sunday they realized what they had done and I just had to do the one talk. Which I was happy about. I have been opening my mouth a lot more this week and I am trying to open it even more. I have been getting mad at myself for not opening it has much has I think I should, but I have to remember to look at all that I have been doing and give myself credit for that. I know that even though I might not feel like I am doing enough or doing my part that Heavenly Father appreciates how much I have been doing and is cheering me on to do even more. I know that as all of you try to be diligent in your work for the Lord that you will see the blessings he has in store for you. I love ya! Sister Kemp Pictures Just A Bunch of Selfies:
