Hello!

Hello! This week as been packed full of stuff. So much stuff in fact I can't really tell you everything that has happen. I am having a great time learning and teaching. We went tracting on one street and every one was in a hurry to shut the door some even slamming (ok not quite slamming) but we finally met Tanesha who was interested and she told us that every Saturday at 7 am Jehovah witness come-a-knocking. So that was fun. We went back later in the week and all out pass along cards where still there. Tanesha is really cool she said she would read the Book of Mormon. We also met Ms. Sharon who was sitting on her porch. We asked her what she knew about the Book of Mormon, and she told us that she had one and was looking for it that morning because she wanted to start reading. We have a lesson with her tonight. We had Zone conference on Thursday and it was amazing. President Hansen taught us the first half and it was just mind blowing. And the second half Sister Hansen took all the Sisters and did a little "brighten your sparkle" thing. But mostly she told us about marriage. (Which was a little weird.) But it was super fun. And after we had a teaching appointment with someone we met a week ago. We went to her house and there were 3 other girls in the garage. We stopped and talked to them. We started teaching them the restoration and whenever we used a scripture in the Bible one girl Jena would ask to read it. She wanted to read the Book of Mormon because it was the stick of Ephraim and she knew that Ephraim was one of the lost tribes of Israel. The other two girl Nunu and Shontell read the blessing from reading the Book of Mormon pass along cards and wanted to read the Book of Mormon because they wanted certain blessings. It was really cool to see how everyone found a different reason they wanted to read the Book of Mormon. On Saturday the Elders had a baptism. Chris and Cody. They are the brothers of someone we are teaching. The whole family was excited. We spent most of the day helping the Elders set up. I am so happy that I have decided to serve and I will probable say that until the day I die. I am learning so much and just trying to improve each day. I am so grateful for the Atonement of Jesus Christ and that we have the chance to repent of our sins and shortcomings. I know that Jesus Christ loves each one of us because he was willing to go through what he did even if it was just for you. I am grateful to know the love Jesus has for me and that I have this time to share it with other people. I love ya! Sister Kemp.
