Merry Christmas Y'all!

Merry Christmas! This week has been full of running around and trying to find people to talk to. We stopped by and saw Janna, a member of the branch. She was happy to see us but she said she didn't have time to talk she had to go clean up the mess her dogs had made in the back yard. We ask if we could help and at first she said no but after a lot of begging she let us help her. So we got to know her some more as we helped her. We also got to help with Toys for tots over in Memphis. We sorted toys and passed some out. It was really fun and the people were so grateful. It was cool to be able to be apart of that for a couple hours. We started to teach Kasey. She is a members little sister. She is so sweet and is really wanting to know what she is needing to do to become closer to Jesus Christ. We were knocking some doors and a lady named China opened the door and let us right in. She had a bunch of girls from her church over and they were practicing a praise dance and a skit for their church. They showed us some. It was very interesting. We showed them light the world and asked them to join in this week. We sang in a Musical Tribute last night and it was so fun. It was a great way to start the week. I loved the spirit that I was able to feel because of the songs we sang and the scriptures read and testimonies said. I am so grateful this Christmas season that we have to be able to remember Jesus Christ birth. I know that Jesus Christ is my Savior and the Redeemer of the World. I know that He knows me and loves me. I know that because of Him and His Atonement I can live with Heavenly Father again. What a great gift. Love ya. Sister Kemp
